Online Returns
We hope you love everything you purchase at My Tribe! However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we are happy to issue a My Tribe credit for any returned items eligible for a return. Please see below for items not eligible for return.Â
RETURN POLICY:
ALL returns must be postmarked for return within 7 days of your order being delivered.
We do not issue refunds. We will issue you a store credit via email that may be used online or in store.
Merchandise must be new, unaltered and unworn, and must have original tags attached. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.Â
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN / CONSIDERED FINAL SALE
All SALE Items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for My Tribe credit.Â
All Emijay hair accessories are considered final sale. All jewelry is also considered final sale due to safety health concerns.Â

You may also drop off your order to the same location if you are local.Â
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of having received your order (as per tracking info).Â
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect the return, and provided the return criteria above are satisfied, we will send you an email with a return code, the amount of your return, and guidance on how to apply to future purchases. You may then use this credit for future online or in-store purchases.
Return credits will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your return.
